Hi, I’m Agata.

I’m a UCI-certified coach, UCI Sports Director, and a Performance Profiler working with professional athletes and teams, alongside a career in Investment Banking- so I understand what it means to balance ambitious goals with a demanding professional life.

I give real-world riders the coaching they can trust: evidence-led, individual, and built around the demands of real life, focusing not only on speed but also on balance and overall health – so they have more energy to do all their daily tasks too.

My approach draws on key performance markers such as VO₂max, FTP, Training Load, Recovery, and Durability to build training that is both effective and manageable.

I also support riders with practical factors that shape performance in real life – nutrition, consistency, and mindset – helping them get more from the work they do rather than simply doing more

Whether the goal is a major event, longevity, body composition, or a more informed cycling performance, I translate elite-level sport science into clear, effective coaching you can trust.
