Hi, I’m Agata.

I’m a UCI-certified coach, UCI Sports Director, and a Performance Profiler working with professional athletes and teams, alongside a career in Investment Banking- so I understand what it means to balance ambitious goals with a demanding professional life.

I help real-world riders keep a healthy mindset and coach them to become stronger, fitter and faster while fitting the elite science-led training around their busy schedules.

My approach combines elite performance insights driven by metrics like VO2max and FTP, with mindset and nutrition support to help you train with more purpose and get better results on limited time.

Whether you’re preparing for a major event, building your fitness, or looking for a more informed approach to performance, I help turn complex sport science into clear, effective coaching.
