Hi, I’m Agata, you can call me Agi.
I’m obsessed with all things performance, numbers and women’s fitness, and I support female cyclists of different levels to reach their higher potential – in balance with natural female cycles and busy lives.
Based in London, I am a UCI-qualified Coach, a Performance Analyst and a Sports Director (DS) at a Women’s UCI Continental Race Team, which I juggle with a positively challenging job in Investment Banking – so I do know what it’s like to blend a busy life with a passion for cycling!
As a coach I work tirelessly to prepare my riders for success on event-day, or pick them up when they’re lacking motivation – whether new to cycling, or a high-performance racing athlete.
No goal is too big or too small.
