Hi, I’m Agata, you can call me Agi.
Based in London, I am a UCI Cycling Coach, a Performance Analyst and a Sports Director (DS) for a Women’s UCI Continental Race Team. In parallel I enjoy a Data job in Investment Banking. So yes, I know what it’s like to be a woman juggling a busy life with a passion for cycling!
I’m obsessed with all things performance and women’s fitness, and I support female cyclists of different levels to reach their higher potential – in balance with natural cycles and busy lives.
For the last 10+ years I’ve guided annual Women’s100 rides – often being asked advice and tips on all things cycling. I love these rides and admire each woman who goes on her first 100km ride with us. These women inspired me to start coaching and I am grateful for many of them staying with Kaizen as they continue their cycling journeys.
In coaching, combine my racing experience with performance data like Critical Power, VO2 Max and VLaMax to determine your rider type and align the training plan. I share with my riders why we do what we do, but you don’t have to know it all – i’ll make it simple for you.
Like many, I have faced challenges to become the cyclist that I am today – from scoliosis, to breaking both femurs in the last 2 years and all while having a busy personal life. These haven’t stopped me from being a passionate skier, a competitive cyclist and a (sometimes reluctant) runner, but made me appreciate a holistic approach to training and recovery, progressive development and the value of small steps in the right direction.
As a coach I work tirelessly to prepare my riders for success on event-day, and pick them up when they’re lacking motivation – by creating a positive, supportive and ‘can-do’ environment – whether new to cycling, or a high-performance athlete in road or gravel races.
No goal is too big or too small. It doesn’t have to be complicated.
I’ve got you.

In my role of a Sport Director and a Performance Analyst I support a team of professional female riders during the races and around them, while also providing performance data for profiling, race selection and race-day tactics.
There are many elements that build an understanding of a rider and how to best support them – as we’re all such different individuals. From the busy everyday lives and families, to goals and season objectives, individual performance profiles, recovery, strengths and emotional challenges. This holistic approach translates into my coaching work with female riders of different abilities and experience levels, and with so many diverse goals.
